委託條例 Terms of Service

All prices listed are the base price for the commission type, prices are subject to change depending on complexity of your commission, you will be quoted the final amount upon review of your commission.所有列出的委託價格都是基本價格，價格可能會根據複雜程度而變化，將在審查委託後獲得最終金額。【２】
You can not claim the art as your own or make a profit from it, unless commercial rights are paid for.除非支付商業權利，否則您不能將作品視為自己的或從中獲利。【３】
The buyer must state if the commission is intended for commercial purposes, and pay the additional fee to gain the rights.買方必須說明委託是否用於商業目的，並支付額外費用以獲得權利。【４】
I retain the right to deny any commission.我保留拒絕委託的權利。【５】
Commissions will not come with a background unless stated at the beginning and paid for. Solid color or gradients can be done for free.委託皆無背景，除非在開始時說明並支付。純色或漸變可以免費完成。【６】
I may stream the process of commissions and post them to my social media. Unless the buyer states otherwise.委託的繪製過程將會在肉桂的直播中出現及發布到社交軟體上,如需保密麻煩請在委託時跟肉桂說唷!【７】
You will receive a sketch preview for approval and to request any major changes. Once approved you will not be able to ask for additional major changes. What constitutes major and minor changes are up to my discretion.您將收到草圖預覽以供確認並要求任何重大更改。草圖一旦經過確認，您將無法要求進行其他重大更改。什麼構成主要和次要更改取決於我的判斷。【８】
I take payment up front. Full or partial refunds will only be accepted in extreme circumstances or if work has not started on your commission.須先完成支付。
只有在特殊情況下或是您的委託尚未開始時才會接受全額或部分退款。【９】
I will give you an estimate on how long the commission will take, which is subject to change depending on the size of the commission and how busy I am. You will always be updated to potential changes to the deadline.我會根據委託的複雜程度和我的忙碌程度來估算委託需要多長時間。完稿日期如有更新皆會進行通知。【１０】
I only accept payment through Paypal.接受Paypal,綠界,及台灣國內匯款。【１１】
